Continuing this month we will be bringing in Chicago industry experts such as architects, contractors, property managers, insurance agents, lenders, etc. for live Q&A to help us understand the intricacies of Chicago real estate.
This month, we will have **Dan Breslin **join us from 11:15am-12pm. He is the President of **Diamond Equity Investments **a real estate investment company focused on sourcing off market real estate deals. Dan’s operation is massive not only in Chicago, but also in Atlanta, Philadelphia, and Phoenix. Diamond Equity closed 355 deals in 2022, now that is serious volume!
As usual, we will meet live from 10am-Noon at A and N Mortgage located at 1945 N Elston Ave, Chicago, IL 60642. Additionally, we will live stream via our **Facebook Group & Zoom **so if you aren't able to make it in person you can attend virtually. We will also post on Youtube after so you can rewind anything you may have missed.
