Larry Kelly is a seasoned investor, real estate broker, contractor, landlord, property manager and one of REI NWA's most valued resources. He's negotiated everything from residential/commercial sales to leases, evictions and keeping tenants in place. Larry has knowledge, experience and good stuff we want to hear.

Kathleen Everitt is Director of REI NWA and a co-founder of Investor Escrow Services, an escrow servicing company for seller-financed loans. Since 2015, she has been providing educational programs, encouraging real estate investors and participating in rei discussions across NWA. Her best claim to fame is being a friend of Larry Kelly.
