As a skilled commercial litigator and experienced transactional attorney since 2004, Ms. Interthal has represented some of the most predominant global financial institutions, real estate funds, and corporations. In 2014 Mrs. Interthal added marketing and business development to her role at the firm as she expanded the geographic footprint of Garbett, Allen & Roza, P.A. to the Tampa Bay Area from Miami, Florida. In 2016, Mrs. Interthal again expanded her business development role, as she opened EBI Law, PLLC.In her practice she also handles a wide variety of matters from complex commercial foreclosures and uncontested residential foreclosures to assisting numerous special asset departments and real estate funds in modifying certain lending relationships, drafting forbearance agreements and assisting with the selling and retention of real property as well as other collateral. Ms. Interthal excels at resolving title issues for her clients efficiently and often without litigation.
