Come out to 8936 Dirby Street as I, Rawn Wilson, unveil my first completed Padsplit property. I will share the process I took from locating, funding, planning, renovating, and refinancing the property. Padsplit is a newer company to the Houston area, and is a rent by the room business model that is doing really well in our area. Come on out and bring a friend. As usual, we will start out with the main topic of the month, and then branch out into as many topics as the group wants to discuss. We have had some great information come from the group that has been useful to many. The Fightin Texas Aggie firetruck will be there with some cold beverages for everyone.
