Pints & Properties - Raleigh Meetup, if you don't know already, is an open networking event so we can build the community and connection of like minded people! We will bring a relaxed vibe while hopefully bringing some extra value with short intro guest speakers lined up throughout the year, meeting up the LAST Thursday of every Month.

This Month, please join @Mitch Miller and I at Carolina Ale House (Downtown) Thursday (August 25th) @ 6:30PM to learn from Landon Stone on staying away from "Shiny Object Syndrome" and how to lean into the strategy that benefits you the most in "Investment Lead Generation"

Lead generation strategies can be so simple, that you may scratch your head and wonder why you haven't put some or all into practice.
Landon is the expert to speak on this occasion as he is well diverse in the real estate space from real estate agent, contractor, investor, coach, magician. Alright the last one might be made up, but he will blow your mind this Thursday.

As always, there is no cost to attend and no obligation to purchase anything. This is open to the public.

We will have a structure of a 6:30pm Start for Landon to speak and then open for social networking around 7-7:15pm. Just show up and talk real estate regardless of experience level and hopefully learn something new from your fellow neighbor.
