Many of our smart, creative investors who find today's market scarce and overpriced are looking at mobile homes as a lucrative alternative.

Yes, there's a learning curve with wells and septic, but the options expand exponentially outside our NWA municipalities. Mobile Home parks are actual gold mines for the savvy investor.

Tonight we're trying a new format - what I'm calling a Peer Discussion. Rather than have one "expert" presenter, we'll invite several investors with experience in the topic at hand; in this case Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks. We think this will be a fun, collaborative event for all. We'll explore:

• Cautionary tales from real deals
