Pints & Properties - Raleigh Meetup, if you don't know already, is an open networking event so we can build the community and connection of like minded people! We will bring a relaxed vibe while hopefully bringing some extra value with short intro guest speakers lined up throughout the year, meeting up the LAST Thursday of every Month.

This Month, please join @Mitch Miller and I at Carolina Ale House (Downtown) Thursday (September 29th) @ 6:30PM to learn from Shawn Spritzer on how to scale with "Portfolio Product Breakdown for the Average Real Estate Investor" (yes, yes I know, real estate investors are anything but average!)

Lets talk about loan products for investment products for all sorts of investors and how a new product line could help you move into your first home, upgrade your home, take advantage of a house hack or really get advantageous with investment products that can help you scale into the next property in your portfolio.

As always, there is no cost to attend and no obligation to purchase anything. This is open to the public.

We will have a structure of a 6:30pm Start for Shawn to speak and then open for social networking around 7-7:15pm. Just show up and talk real estate regardless of experience level and hopefully learn something new from your fellow neighbor.
