We meet at the Westside "church" building. We bring potluck dishes to enjoy meal time together at 6 PM, then the meeting will start following the meal.

Making Connections with Title / Escrow Companies in Lane County and beyond.
This month we have Rick Scarbrough from Western Title and Chad Cordell from Evergreen Land Title speaking to us about how to find sellers by using "Farming" techniques. Come meet other movers and shakers in the real estate investment arena. You will meet contractors, a plumber, an electrician, insurance agent, hard money lender(s), house inspector, and several real estate brokers. Each has specialties, and you are sure to find one that fits your need.
You'll meet real estate investors, flippers and wholesalers.
