Would anyone be interested in a meetup in Clarksville, TN?
I operate a STR in Clarksville and a LTR in Fayetteville, NC. I'd love to talk to anyone else investing in Clarksville or the surrounding areas.
My husband is active duty here and we have 3 little kids so we'd especially like to talk to other military families who have or want to invest in real estate.
I'd like to make this a kid friendly meetup if there's any interest from families. Maybe meet at Liberty or Rotary Park so kids can play. If not we can meet at Black Rifle Coffee on Wilma Rudolph.
