Join us for the 18th Santa Barbara [and Ventura ;-)] real estate investor meetup. We are a group of folks from all experience levels who share an interest in real estate investing. This informal monthly event provides an opportunity to get together and share stories, experiences, leads, etc. Whether you have only started dreaming of your first property, or just closed on your 100th; whether you invest out of state, or keep it local, we look forward to having you join.

We typically set up in the outside area to the left of the taproom as you are facing the entrance.
