WVREI Monthly Meeting Feb 7th - Creative Financing

We are holding our monthly meeting for networking and learning on February 7th - this coming Tuesday. I am extremely excited to learn creative financing strategies from Trevor Howard & Dane McKinney. Honestly, it will be amazing to just pick their brains for 30-45 minutes about deal finding and some of the ways they are structuring deals and finding capital. You don't want to miss this meeting!

Note: Our meetings are always held on the 2nd Tuesday night of the month. This meeting is a conflict with Valentine's Day and we decided to move the date to the 1st Tuesday of the month.

Monthly meetings are held to network and learn from local investors and industry professionals about real estate investing. Meeting are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 6pm. Our speaker starts at 6:30pm and generally wrap up about 7:45pm with many in the group staying to network until 8:30pm or later.

We ask members to donate $5 (cash or venmo) at the meetings to help the organizers cover the cost of space rental and other group expenses. (not required)
