Join us for a Real Estate Investor networking event! At our May meet up we will be hearing all about Chicago's ADU (additional dwelling unit) program from investor's Landon and Drew who are building an ADU in Logan Square. Chicago's ADU pilot program is for creating a coach house, making an additional unit in your lower or upper level, or can even make a non-conforming unit legal. However, Chicago has a lot of red tape to work through and it's often not as easy as it seems! And although Landon is an architect, which has helped the process, the project has still not been without its obstacles. Lucky for us, Landon and Drew will share their insights so if you're interested in this program you know what to expect and budget.

Doors open at 6:30 pm for networking. The discussion panel starts at 7 pm.
