Sorry @Scott Mac not quite catching your drift here. Must be the Scottish humor :-)

But I can tell you that the RPA of Wisconsin (formerly AASEW) is the largest and oldest real estate investor association in Wisconsin with a focus on legislation and landlord advocacy on State level, networking, training and education. Many of the large local players have been members since forever, but we have a special focus now on the next generation young investors. We are also a non-profit, all volunteers and organize several events and meetups every month, usually with key note speakers, legal updates etc .. but we also want to have some fun and so every year in summer (amongst other things, like two beer garden events, that's a Milwaukee thing!) we have a golf outing - and still a few tickets left!

I have to admit, the picture was totally for attention, but we are pretty stoked about securing this location!!
