We met Eve at a previous meetup, and she is brave and kind enough to share with all of us her real estate horror story to help point out red flags so future investors don't have to go through her experience. Eve will walk us through the details on her deal, what she would have done differently with her construction loan, and how to keep a good attitude and persevere through a difficult situation.
