Andres Ospina has partnered with multiple other investors over his investing career to buy, rehab, and rent or sell single and multifamily properties in Northern New Jersey. He focuses on one market at a time, becoming an area expert and marketing for investment properties. Being a real estate agent for the past 10 years, he has tons of experience and wisdom to share about investing, being a landlord and real estate in general. Currently he is focused on buying and rehabbing 2-4 unit properties and renting them out to grow his passive income.
