There are few people in the Saint Louis area who have been hands on rehabbing more houses than Nick Thiele over the past seven years. This experience has appropriately given him the title, The Rehabber.
With this boots on the ground knowledge there is no one that could better teach you the ins and outs of the rehabbing process. This includes:

Nick will go over one of his recent flips, showing before and after photos and just talking through the construction process in detail.
