About Eric
Eric got his start in real estate while still in college at the University of Minnesota. His first purchase was a townhome in his hometown of Grand Forks, ND. He was able to 1031x the townhome into a duplex in Minneapolis, MN. That is when the lights clicked and he has been building his real estate portfolio ever since. Eric is the owner and managing broker of Fulton Realty in Minneapolis, MN and the General Partner of Covest Ventures. He has travelled the investor journey from an owner/operator of residential and small multi-family properties to making the leap into commercial real estate investing.
