Hello again, fellow Tucson investors near & far.

It's that time of the year again: I'm pulling multiple local AZREIA investors in next month, each bringing their own knowledge, failures and hard-earned success stories to help bridge the gap between "classroom analysis" and "getting into the game" of actually making deals work.

Geared specifically towards a newbie investor audience, the February meetup of the New Investor Subgroup of AZREIA in Tucson will welcome

1) Jeff Neice: wholesaling & soon to be local Home Inspector, as well as

2) Eric Zientarski: Local Investor specializing in the "Burley Model" (enter using private money, exit via lease option)

... & having made a few rental moves myself here in Tucson lately, I'll also be filling in and answering a few of my own questions from the perspective of an MTR Landlord & House Hacker

All will be discussing how they got started investing in Tucson, AZ, which real estate strategies they have seen the most success with, and practical, relatable advice on how to safely & intelligently buy your first (or next) deal

See you there!
