Our next Meetup is scheduled for the SECOND Wednesday of the month, May 8th at 7pm at the Lawrence Beer Company's East side location in Lawrence.

This meetup is a very casual event and geared for those interested in getting started all the way to experienced investors in the Lawrence and Topeka markets (and all those towns around and between). It is free to attend and no one is trying to sell you anything.

This month's speaker is Malcomb Stapel.  He and his wife Erin are real estate investors primarily in the Topeka market.  Malcomb got his start just a few years ago and has expanded his holdings quickly.  He is going to be sharing his journey so far and talking a bit about the mindset needed for growth.  One thing for certain about Malcomb is his willingness to help others along the way.

You don't want to miss this one.  We look forward to seeing you there.
