I'm excited to introduce next month's guest, Gary Elbert! Have you ever had a million plus dollar deal fall apart, but still find that you are friends with the other agent after the dust settles? I have been inspired by Gary's story of digging into real estate at a young age, and figuring out ways to make it happen when others thought it couldn't work.
