Guest Speaker: Tyler Bolt - a Marine from Southern California who started investing in his backyard and went national. He will be speaking about his journey in wholesaling, flipping, and rentals and what systems it took to get him there. Excited to discuss how novation agreements worked for Tyler on his triple digit flip in Southern Cali as an agent who was able to flip a bad situation into a boatload of profit.
