Hello, my name is Kolten Van Elzen. I’m 25, married, and a dad to a 2-year-old daughter, with a son on the way!

You’ll find me underwriting/analyzing commercial loans at Capital Credit Union by day and building a real estate portfolio by night. Recently completed my first flip and have house hacked our way to 6 long-term units!‍‍

I’m a proud 2021 grad of the University of Minnesota (Go Gophers) business school and I’ve been serving as a Religious Affairs NCO for 6 years in the Army National Guard. When I find free time, you’ll likely find me on the golf course, researching market trends, or getting involved at Life Church.
