Thanks for asking, Simon. I can give specifics
1. She will not require rental registrations as part of the eviction process, this reduced paperwork. You still need to get your registration, but it won't prevent you from controlling your property and getting the eviction if city hall loses the paperwork PLease review my post on the process just to get one:

2. She's also preparing plans to reduce eviction court waiting times, having Right to council screening ahead of time, and encouraging Mediation before the Court date, not during.
3. When Chasing Tenants for damages she won't require Both estimates and paid invoices, only estimates. Her Magistrates wouldn't fight tooth and nail
4. She won't prevent the sale/transfer of properties with violations.
Basically, she'll bring things into accordance with Ohio law. These policies benefit landlords and tenants alike.
