WVREI March Meetup - Easy Infill Development w/ Tyler Norfleet

Join us for an in-depth look at infill development at our upcoming WVREI meeting! This month, we're excited to welcome Tyler Norfleet, a local REALTOR® and seasoned investor, who will share his expertise on efficiently developing infill projects. Tyler will discuss his unique approach to evaluating properties, exploring partition strategies, and optimizing construction costs while collaborating with production builders.

Tyler Norfleet is a high-producing real estate broker at Keller Williams and owns Norfleet Property Group. Beyond the infill projects that he will be discussing at the meeting, he is now buying out-of-state, turn-key rentals in the Southeast & STRs in Hawaii. He lives in Albany with his wife, Hannah, and son and daughter.

Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM. Our speaker starts at 6:30 PM and generally wraps up about 7:30 PM, with many in the group staying to network until about 8:30 PM.
