You’ll learn how to offer creative finance options to sellers, including seller financing and subject-to deals, and how to match the right bank to the right property. We’ll also discuss how to present yourself to lenders effectively and explore using private money and partnerships to scale your business without relying on your own capital. This session provides practical strategies to finance and grow your real estate portfolio.
