Focus Group: Help Us Title The Next Good Landlord Book: Tue May 20th

Let's meet to have a focus group to assist one of our members, Peter Shapiro, in titling his upcoming book. We'll review several candidate titles and subtitles. We'll also view choice clips from the video dramas Peter has produced to teach good landlord skills, and discuss how these videos can be integrated into the book. You'll be able to share your constructive criticisms, suggestions and reactions.

Attendees will leave having helped a member and MassLandlords helpline counselor.

Part of this event will be presented by Peter Shapiro. A graduate of MIT's Master's Program in City Planning, Peter founded and directed Mediation For Results, a Program at Just-A-Start Corporation, a nonprofit in Cambridge, Massachusetts. From 1990 to 2015, Peter and his team provided landlord counseling, mediation and homelessness prevention, and led landlord support groups across Metro Boston. Peter now provides Helpline and Member services for MassLandlords and also provides landlord counseling and mediation for the City of Boston. Peter is the author of The Good Landlord: A Guide to Making a Profit While Making a Difference.

We have two formats of online events:
