Quality Builders is excited to announce another VIRTUAL project walkthrough on Saturday, July 5th, 2025 at 10 AM. We love Chicago zoning, permitting, and renovation questions and are passionate about working with investors on their real estate journey.

Scope of Project: This renovation project involves a full overhaul of a 3-unit property, with a focus on code compliance, functionality, and long-term ROI.
To legalize the basement unit, we’re relocating the existing electrical panels and gas meters, and constructing a code-compliant utility/common area.
In the two upper units, we’re adding a true master bedroom with ensuite bathrooms, along with new in-unit laundry—both key features for increased rental value.
