Meet The Hosts:
Colin Smith - Investing since 2012 and licensed Realtor since 2014. My niche as a Realtor has been working with Investors in the buy, sell, and management of their investments. I've flipped homes, own and professionally manage rental properties (500+ doors), and been a hard money lender. I personally feel the buy and hold strategy is the ultimate wealth building tool. I personally own 45 residential doors and / or mobile home pads plus a commercial building across the Colorado Springs area working towards building financial independence.
Max Ferguson - I've been immersed in real estate from a young age, managing rentals with my father and purchasing my first multifamily in Colorado Springs 3 years ago. My background includes work in real estate investment analysis for an apartment holding firm with over $500 million in assets and graduation from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Land Use Economics. Being a Realtor is my main focus as I love helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and investment process. I take extreme pride in securing great deals for my clients and providing the best service in my industry. I'm passionate about the opportunities real estate offers for building wealth and I'm committed to helping others grow their portfolios in the Colorado Springs market.
