Hi Everyone!

We're looking forward to seeing you all again tomorrow night (Tuesday) 7/15/25 at the Pool Bar at the Lafayette Hotel from 5:30-8:30pm tomorrow. It is located directly through the lobby when you arrive and through the Lobby Bar as well out onto the patio near the pool.

There was some great news recently that the City of San Diego updated it's website to show that there are still over 1,000 Tier 3 permits left for Non-Owner occupied vacation rentals so that means the door is still open for you or your clients to buy cash flowing properties in the city. That combined with the revival of 100% bonus depreciation means that a lot of high W-2 income earners will be looking for hospitality investments so let's find a way to help them out :)

See you there!

Craig, Mark and Matt
