Hey BP'ers!
We had so much fun at our open house for the Brewerytown flip on Dover St. that we wanted to keep it going. It was nice to meet so many enthusiastic and positive investors and we appreciated you coming out to support us. We had some great discussions about real estate investing, local markets and even got some networking in and we'd like to build on that by hosting a BP meetup on a monthly basis. Although it's going to be in Brewerytown, it's not Brewerytown, nor even Philadelphia, specific. We welcome anyone, with any level of experience, to come by.
iMunch Cafe has been gracious enough to let us use the upstairs seating area so, while the event is of course free, please patronize them during the event so we can continue to use the space.
As long as there's interest, we'll keep this going on the first Tuesday of every month at 6pm. See you there!
