May 2015 - Frank Gallagher - Highly accomplished construction professional managing high end multi-million dollar projects and personnel for 20 years. Background includes pharmaceuticals, healthcare, warehouses, retail, banking, multi-family, educational, hospitality, modular, and office buildings. Hands on experience with all phases of the construction process including estimating, subcontractor selection, value engineering, contract execution, procurement of materials and equipment, scheduling, supervision, budget management, and project completion/turnover. Problem solver with outstanding analytical skills; self -starter who requires little oversight; ability to multi-task & manage strict deadlines; outgoing personality; leader with keen vision.

The Event is a combination of two Real Estate Educational Networking Associations that include over 4000 members combined with the mixture of Novice, Real Estate Industry Professional and Real Estate Developers. The common thread between the members is Education and Networking themselves with the right Circle of Influence to create the Power Team which will provide Real Estate Successes.

Also, the Memberships focus is covering the latest information from Government, Policy and Industry Professionals that will impact there real estate portfolio growth. In addition, the Speakers are current with insight on various neighborhoods, projects and evaluations that when the attendee walks away from the meeting they are that much more informed of the City of Philadelphia and its Real Estate Renaissance.

Finally, we have attracted some very informed Past Speakers that have assisted in the attendance to grow every month which because of the amount of information given. There is a saying that will always hold true; Education + Networking = Opportunity.
