Hi All,

On Wednesday June 17th the San Jose Real Estate Networking Club will be bringing you our 'Panel of Experts'!

We'll have three highly experienced local investors for an open panel Q&A session! They come from different backgrounds and are using different strategies to invest (wholesaling, fix and flip, commercial, etc) and have different methods for finding deals.  But they are all making it work in the Bay Area. Is it easy? Heck no! But John Paiva, Mark Gagner, and Pierre Malak are living proof it can be done! This is your chance to pick their brains.

This event is a great opportunity to learn how these experts are making big money right here in the Bay Area market.

If you're a newbie you'll be inspired and armed with knowledge that will help you make it happen. If you're a seasoned veteran you'll learn additional strategies to add to your tool box. Regardless, be ready to ask questions and take notes!

As always, there will be ample opportunity for some great networking before and after the event. Your network = your net worth, so don't be shy!

The meeting starts at 7PM with Open Networking followed by a Market Update and our Panel of Experts. We will do 'Haves & Wants' at the end prior to more Networking, so bring a good attitude, your deals, and business cards!
