SYNDICATION
Our own Lynn Currie and Scott Sutherland will address the ins-and-outs of Sponsoring Real Estate Deals for Syndicated Funds (or) Passive Investor Groups.
Syndication is the way a lot of large projects get funded but the process is complicated. How you go about setting up the project and qualifying investors can make the difference between being legal or not. Scott and Lynn have been through the process and can share information on how they have done it. The July meeting will be Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at 10:00 am in Lynn's conference room.
