The San Jose Real Estate Networking Club will be hosting two real estate savvy accountants Wednesday night who can help you keep more of your real estate earnings! 

Among the topics being discussed will be (but not limited to): Real estate professional status, passive vs non-passive activities, self-employment tax, depreciation, Prop 13, entity options, 1031 exchanges, interest deduction, converting rental to home/home to rental, installment sales, and more! 

As always, before and after the event, you will have ample opportunity to network with other real estate investors, lenders wholesalers, etc, as well as ask our special guests any questions you may have. It only takes one powerful connection to change your business and your life!

About the Speakers: Michelle Sun, Todd Neal

Michelle Sun has a master’s degree in Accounting from University of Southern California. She’s been working for Harrison Accounting Group since year 2000 and became a CPA in June, 2003. While the firm provides full accounting and tax services to clients throughout the western United States, she puts her main focus on the accounting and tax needs of clients in the construction, insurance and leasing industries. She is committed to providing close, personal attention to her clients. She views every client relationship like a partnership, and truly believes that her success is a result of your success.

Todd W Neal was born and raised in the Bay Area, and graduated from California State University, Hayward. It was during his education process that he found a passion for serving individuals and businesses through accounting, and helping others in all of their financial needs. This led him to Harrison Accounting Group in 2004 where he's able to work in the areas of tax preparation, consulting, auditing and the full variety of professional services.
