Come join your fellow Houston investors at our next meetup. It will be held at 6:30pm on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at Pub Fiction.

We got incredible feedback from the last meeting, and everyone was asking to have Ray Sasser come back at our September meeting. He has been investing the Houston area for over 30 years and is known as a premier expert in negotiations, rehabbing, and deal structuring (just to name a few).

He will share some negotiation tips that have allowed him to buy and sell hundreds of properties during his career. A mutual friend brought Ray along to close a deal with a seller recently, and the friend texted me this the following day, “Wow. Maestro came through yesterday!”
