Just a reminder that our monthly meeting is this coming Monday the 21st.
We will be meeting in the Woodlands at IHOP on I 45.

Meeting starts at 7:00 PM and runs until 9:00/10:00
We will be show casing some before and after projects.
Members will be presenting some turn key rental deals. And we will talk about the state of the market.
If you are an investor your membership is free. If you are a vendor or a service provider like wholesaler, realtors, lenders, insurance etc etc - please note we do not allow advertising of any kind unless you are event sponsor.
