Good morning Fellow Investors,

Recently I've heard a lot of misinformation on Lead Paint: how it affects children under 6 years old and ultimately the owners of properties that have been painted with it.

Banned in Massachusetts in 1978 it still persists as a potential problem and must be addressed (the blue Federal lead form) in EVERY rental package given to EVERY Tenant. The fines as you know are huge, intended to make sure the laws are followed. When we polled our members at a recent meeting they let me know this is important enough, for us to learn more, Now.

Next Tuesday, we'll be hosting the Top Trainer for Lead Paint Inspectors who is also an active Lead Inspector. You'll then be able to easily handle this issue!

We look forward to your joining us Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 6:30pm at the SpringHill Suites Hotel, 43 Newbury Street (Route 1 North, just before Sonic carhop) Peabody, MA 01960 No charge to members, Only $25.00 for Guests or Only $99.00/year to join.

PS Also the Finance and Real Estate Market update and more on Tony Young's Hidden Market of Real Estate Opportunities.

Of course we're just North of Boston, in Massachusetts, New England and just South of New Hampshire
