As a landlord, your rental properties could be eligible to participate in this program, not only contributing to a program that helps others but also generating steady monthly income on your properties.

Did you know that In the Ada County area over 2,000 families receive assistance in paying their monthly rent through the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program?

Section 8 is a federal housing rental program funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

If you become a participant owner in the Housing Choice Voucher Program you will have the benefit of receiving timely payments from Boise City/Ada County Housing Authority.
