J Paul Mills & Mike Flowers- Wholesale/Marketing Experts – Affectionately known as “Whitey” to our PIG members (and those who read their thousands of bandit signs), J Paul Mills and his business partner have become the go to experts in the Florida Panhandle for their expertise in direct response /motivated seller marketing and wholesaling real estate.
Joey Vincent – General Contractor & Rehab Expert – After spending some time on unemployment and struggling financially a decade ago, Joey discovered real estate and hasn’t looked back since, piling up cash and building a significant net worth, all before the age of 40. He has rehabbed dozens of homes throughout the Florida Gulf Coast, and recently starting building new construction homes in the Destin market.
Alex D’Amico – The Insurance Guy – Alex has been working in the insurance industry for 9 years, both as a personal and commercial lines agent. He recently launched his own insurance company, D’Amico & Associates Insurance, and has become a specialist at insurance designed for investors, such as vacancy and builders risk policies, as well as landlord policies for buy and hold investors.
