The Real Estate Association of Puget Sound (REAPS) is the largest real estate investor group in the state of Washington.  

The Kitsap chapter invites YOU to join us on Thursday January 7th as we kick off our 2016 investor meeting schedule at our NEW LOCATION!! That’s right, to quote The Jefferson’s, we’re “Movin’ On Up”, with all future meetings at the Kitsap Conference Center in Downtown Bremerton, right next to the ferry terminal. Also, each meeting is now a Meals N Deals format so you’ll get to enjoy fantastic dinner and drinks while you network and learn. (Buffet dinner is $15, pre-payment is required and includes tax and gratuity)

Join us this month as we welcome special guest Frank Warner, with Gintz-Warner, PLLC - CPA out of Silverdale, WA. Frank will be discussing changes to the 2016 tax code that may affect your real estate business, and show you how to save taxes by picking the right entity to operate out of. This can save you thousands of dollars a year in taxes, so you don’t want to miss it.

Bring your tax and entity questions to this content-packed meeting! It’s going to be a great kickoff to 2016. Doors open at 6pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm. Attendees coming from Seattle can walk on the 4:20pm or 5:35pm Seattle-Bremerton ferry. Passenger fare is $8.10 heading to Bremerton and FREE coming back to Seattle!
