I hope you can make it to the next MMHA (Minnesota Multi Housing Association) investors club meeting. At this meeting there will be a very small vendor show followed by two great speakers/topics.
4-5:30 Small Vendor Show
5:30pm to 7pm - Topic 1 will be a panel discussion with 4 rental inspectors.
7:30pm to 8:30pm - Topic 2 - How one owner grew his business to 44 units while having a day job - You will leave with an action plan on how to grow your business. I am the speaker for this one.
There is a cost to get in, $33 for MMHA members, $44 for Non MMHA members but this includes dinner. If you don't get anything out of it then I will personally refund your money even though I make nothing off of this. This only comes around once per year so please try to make it. If you do make it then me know so that I can personally meet you at the show.
Flyer/registration form is here.
Nice, when is the latest that I could register?
Andrew, glad you might be able to make it. You can actually just show up and pay at the door if you want but then the price increases to $55. Plus they do like to have some sort of count a day or two before. Let me know if I should look for you there.
I have been attending the MNreia meetings and they allow you to attend your first meeting for free. Does MMHA do the same for newcomers?
Because there is dinner at this event everyone pays, including myself. I do think it is worth it though.
Hey thanks for the invite! I'll try to make it but evenings are tough, I've got two little ones to feed and get to bed =)
Ok, great thanks! Yes, I'm planning on going.
Very cool. Looking forward to meeting you.
Great, I plan on attending it.
