Hey everyone, I occasionally post and mention that I host a meetup for St. Louis investors and thought I'd share the event again. We'll be meeting tomorrow night (Wed Dec 14 at 7 pm) at O'Leary's Restaurant. If you can't make this one, no worries, we meet on the second Wednesday of each month at the same time and place. It's a low-key, no-pressure, no fees, no sales event, I host it as a way to have a casual meetup for anyone looking to talk and learn about real estate investing.
About me: I started investing in college as a student after realizing that most of my friends were renters, so why wouldn't they rent from me? Started with firebombed 4-family building that I rehabbed, and kept on going after I graduated college. My experience covers investing, rehab (I own a construction/roofing company), property management and acting as an investor-focused agent.
Again, no fees, no sales pitches for a 3-legged horse, just a chance for everyone to come and talk REI.
