Hi Everyone,
We will be having our monthly Pittsburgh REIA South Hills Subgroup meeting next week on January 19th, 2017 at the Kings in Bridgeville: 3049 Washington Pike Bridgeville, PA 15017
The time is 630PM
This month will have the same format as those in the past with an emphasis on networking and meeting others in the area along with a brief educational talk by one of our members. This month Kathy Marisco with AAA Mortgage Money will be giving a presentation on how to execute the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) strategy with lenders. There are a lot of people interested in doing this and her presentation is a great opportunity to learn the nuts and bolts of executing this strategy. She will also be open to answering any questions that you may have!
There is no fee to attend, but Kings hosts the space for free so please purchase some food or a drink.

This will be a good one to attend - Kathy has been around the business a long time and she has a lot of good financing options.
