So, you've got some leads coming in, Great!

So, you've knocked on some doors, Great!

So, you see a FSBO sign and decide to stop and chat with the seller, Great!

Most new investors get to this point, and realize they don't know what to say! If you're like me, you're specifically looking for motivated sellers, and that usually means those people are NOT having a good time. Someone has died, they're getting divorced, or they're about to lose their house. Should you just roll up and slap a contract to buy their house at their feet? Probably not.

This night is all about going over some scripts that can really generate rapport with a seller, and get them to interact with you, especially if you aren't the first one to approach them!

We will talk about some strategies, and key points for how to engage sellers, then we will team up and practice! Just like anything else I do, the whole point is to build muscle memory. You should be able to be comfortable in the zone where you have to talk to sellers, and ask some difficult questions. The more comfortable you are, the more likely you are to build a relationship with the seller, and provide a real solution to their problem!
