I know I know, It's late notice, but this Tuesday is the 2nd Tuesday of the month here in Moore County NC. And you all know what that means!!! RE MEETUP TIME!!!!
This month we are going to be hanging out at a flip that @Brandon Purdeu is doing in Southern Pines. The address is 809 N Glenwood Tr, Southern Pines 28387. He just started demoing last week (so I'm not sure what it looks like over there), however, I think it'll be a great opportunity to see what all goes into a fix-n-flip. He can tell you all about the deal, and what it tool to get it where it is today.
There will be some pizzas and beer, so come on out for a relaxed time with some great local RE investors here in Moore County.
Let me know if you guys are going to make it so i know how much pizza to bring. Don't worry if you forget, though, last month my kids ate leftover pizza for a week. We will have extra!!!
