Public data has become a critical advantage for big business when it comes to learning about customers.

With it, they can better develop, market, and sell everything from shoelaces to allergy medications, as well as rapidly out-compete local business in the process.

But big business doesn’t own public data. Organizations at every level, including Real Estate Agents, are just as capable of unlocking the boundless market intelligence it provides.

When deftly wielded, public data becomes a powerful catalyst of market wisdom, able to turn mid-level agents into top producers. With the right data and proper tools, you can own your market.

Let us show you how to do it.

ABOUT DAVID LAPLANTE

David LaPlante is CMO at PropertyRadar, where he leads its mission to make targeted local marketing easy as the leading property information research and marketing platform for Investors, Realtors®, and Home Services Professionals.

David joined PropertyRadar in January of 2015 after hearing CEO Sean O’Toole’s vision of how small businesses can leverage public records data to compete against the billions invested by big businesses trying to dominate and intermediate the market.

Born in Aspen and raised in Crested Butte, Colorado, David relocated to Reno/Lake Tahoe in 1988 when he was recruited to the University of Nevada ski team. He graduated with dual degrees in Finance and Economics.

David soon became the youngest marketing executive in the casino industry, helping his employer expand services across the country. In 2002, he co-founded and served as CEO of digital agency and software developer Twelve Horses (acquired in 2009), and lead a cumulative client spend of $100 million in brand development, media, messaging, and content development for over 50 of the Fortune 1000 brands.

David serves as board advisor to Requested (acquired by Waitr); Fluri (acquired by Snocru), and digital agency Noble Studios, a 4-time Inc. 5000 winner as a fastest growing private company in America and 2014 Small Business of the Year.
