Lease Issues for Apartment Owners

Are you concerned your lease agreements are missing important provisions?  Are you a new investor who is just buying their first property and wants to understand how to create a good lease agreement?  Next Wednesday night, Andre Tremblay, vice president of Franklin Savings Bank, will discuss the business and practical aspects of residential apartment leases!

  • What elements should a landlord include in apartment leases to protect the landlord and provide tenants with a clear understanding of their responsibilities?
  • What default provisions should be included?

If you own apartments or are thinking of buying apartments, this session will provide the basic information you need to better understand apartment leases.  Come down for the main presentation and enjoy opportunities to network with investors from all around the state afterwards.

Come learn about leases from a banker's point of view!
