At tonight's Utah REIA Monthly Meeting, Jeff Breglio, Real Estate Attorney, will showcase legal issues with partnering and educate on how to solve them. Legal issues to be covered include:

ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Jeff Breglio has been an attorney for more than 20 years in the areas of real estate, corporate, asset protection and estate planning. He has created over 800 entities and worked with over 1,000 clients. He began his passion for real estate investing in 2000 when he bought his first flip property. Since then, he has been helping investors with their transactions and protecting their investments. He is currently an escrow officer able to close many deals that others can’t and was previously a real estate agent for 8 years. He has also been an entrepreneur and educator. Jeff continues to teach real estate and small business groups on a variety of topics. He’s also proud to say that he’s published 3 novels and is working on his 4th.
