-How to manage properties
-Fair housing
-How to determine rent
-How much should expenses be
This workshop will look at actual properties listed on the MLS and use them to show how to analyze a property. This is educational no obligation, no selling or additional classes will be pitched. Food and drinks will be provided. No vendors please this is meant to be educational only not an opportunity to sell services.
Our next group meeting will be May 20th at 10am in New Brighton. This location is conveniently located between Minneapolis and St. Paul.
