This month's meet up will be July 1st from 1:30 to 3:00 on the back patio of McGuire Real Estate 2991 College Avenue Berkeley 94705. I'll look forward to seeing familiar as well as new faces! The format is a casual meetup to discuss strategies, network, and run through numbers on deals (anything in contract or on market). A few items that have come up a lot in previous meetings are- Investing in the Bay Area compared to investing out of area/state, and how to get started with your first investment. As always it is open forum so we can talk about anything but we can differ back to those topics if needed. Please RSVP in the thread and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone!
